VALORANT Miks Agent: Abilities, Role, Release Window
A new agent called Miks is expected to join VALORANT soon. According to early information, Miks will be a Controller agent and is rumored to be Croatian. Based on the leaked ability descriptions, Miks appears to combine traditional controller utilities with supportive mechanics. The kit features smokes, crowd control, and even a healing option, making the agent quite unique compared to existing controllers.

Here is a breakdown of Miks' leaked ability kit.
C: M-Pulse
Miks can deploy a device that emits sound waves after landing. The ability has two selectable modes:
- Concuss enemies caught in the wave
- Heal nearby allies
Q: Harmonize
Harmonize grants a Combat Stim to both Miks and a targeted teammate. While active:

E – Waveform
Waveform is Miks’ primary controller ability. It allows players to open a map targeter, select multiple locations, and deploy smoke clouds at those positions. This ability gives Miks strong map control, similar to other controller agents.
X: Bassquake (Ulti)
Miks’ ultimate ability, Bassquake, unleashes a powerful wave of sonic energy forward. Players caught in the blast are:
- Knocked back
- Deafened
- Slowed
When Will Miks Release?
According to current information, the new agent Miks is expected to release on March 18, 2026, alongside the VALORANT V26 Act 02 update. This date also marks the start of V26 Act 02. Riot Games typically introduces new agents at the beginning of a new act or major update. Because of this, Miks will likely be officially revealed around the launch of V26 Act 02, with gameplay details appearing shortly before release.
